What is SUP? It is the fastest growing water sport in the world. Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) is an amazing workout with a sense of peace while you are out on the water. Combining a fitness workout while balancing on the board adds an extra dimension to your regular workout. Focusing on your core but working every muscle in your body!
Just looking to relax and enjoy some time on the water THIS is for you! You will be able to get the hang of it pretty quickly then you are free to spend the rest of your rental time paddling, sightseeing and enjoying the great outdoors!

Rachel Ellis is a sales representative for Dave Scadden inflatable paddleboards. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows paddleboards inside and out. A certified acroyoga and SUP yoga instructor, she regularly takes groups and individuals out for instruction and fun paddle adventures. She is the go to person for all things paddleboards!
Paddleboarding is something that can be enjoyed all year long. Rachel does private lessons and yoga lessons in a pool or work on strength outside the pool.
On the Pond Fitness and Rentals offers SUP fitness and yoga classes, beginning Sup, and Rentals.
